Lethargy Alert

Although this piece by Andy Borowitz is tongue-in-cheek, a goverment lethargy alert would certainly do a hellava lot more good than the terror alerts we've been subjected to for the past three years. Seems like the Bush adminstration only acts when the scream of public opinion penetrates their little bubble of insulation.
